I have worked in mammography for 30 years and have never seen anyone be unhappy with the results. They can wear tops they never could wear, took the pressure off their shoulders, and got to wear pretty bras.
I had an 80 year old patient with huge heavy breast and the arthritis in her hands were so bad she could not snap her bra which were 8 hooks long!

My coworker had it done after her back gave out trying to pick her baby up from a playpen. She had it done and looked great. She said she felt great and glad she did it for herself. Her husband didn't want her to, She did for her own heath. She said it was like starting a new life. Hope this helps
My best friend just had the surgery done. She is a lot happier and looks much better, she had chronic back pain and cartoon-like breasts.
She was told there would be some discomfort but she had quite a bit of pain, but about two weeks later she was her normal self again. Right now her only regret is that she chose to remain busty and now wishes she had gone all the way down to a C cup.
