You must do all of these. Sit ups alone wont do it. You have to get rid of the layer of fat that covers your abdominal muscles. 8 minute abs work like a charm. Try it. Its so awesome but you will be so sore the first few times.

Ab lounge. I am 60 had a big ball of lard on my waist. went from a size 52 to a 40 is less than a year, did not diet to any extreme, but did cut down on the sheer volume of food. I conciously minimize processed foods. With the exception of canned vegs and fruit, I avoid canned or boxed food.
