Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Question:
I have been "diagnosed" with chronic fatigue syndrome after I had Mono. They said some level in my blood is low. Is this actually real? It just seems like another name to something that doesnt need a name; sounds like a bunch of bullshit. Does anyone else have an opinion? And what blood level is low? Ya, I am tired all the time, but isnt everyone?

Answers:
i think its true. to me, depression is causing it. i dont eat well, always sleepy, tired and no drive to do anything. im still dealing with it. one avise, get to the root of the problem, stay healthy.

Other Answers:
Drink some apple juice or eat an apple. You'll feel better.

(What did they say exactly?) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is very real, some people recover from it, however most do not.

as for what blood level is low, i couldn't begin to tell you as I have never had my blood drawn to diagnose CFS

do some internet searches on CFS and you will be amazed at what you find.
