a little girl in my family from peru is having problems with her left foot, and left hand...?

Question:
she is two years old, shorter on her left side by 2 cm(in comparison to the right), walks funny(almost not lifting her left ankle) , always uses her right side hand to do things(almost cant hold on to something on her left hand)
she seem to speak ok for her age, responsive, inteligent, currently doing physioterapy, but i think its not helping
anyone knows something that can help us out? (they cant spend alot of money on good doctors since they dont live in lima or close to it, so any suggestions will be useful), thanks!

Answers:
please pose this question in letter form and send it to the team of neurology of the hospital of the university of tulane in new orleans, louisiana. i am sorry, i do not have that correspondence address for you, you can find it on line.
God bless us all...
Try teaching her to use the left side more often. This will help with her growth development in her muscles and bones and she gets older. She might have this when she is older, so it's better for her to use this side as much as she can so that she will have less back problems.
