Sounds like you have shaver rash or razor burn. Consider using cornstarch for the current rash (or a antibodtic cream if it appears infected or a dab on a mild antiseptic such as tea tree oil.)
The following technique in shaving should be used to prevent Irritation

Before you do anything else, you should trim your pubic hair. Never attempt to shave public hair that’s long as it will clog or break your razor. Hair should be no longer than a quarter of an inch and you should make sure you use small sharp scissors for trimming.

Pubic hair is coarser than head hair so before shaving pubic hair you should soften it. Soak in a hot bath or take a long hot shower. A clean pubic area will also help prevent skin irritations later on. Before you begin shaving, make sure the area is completely dry. Consider investing in a Body Bare shaver, or least a Bikini razor that have the moisture stick head.
Before shaving pubic hair, make sure the area is well covered with shaving foam or gel. . If you are prone to ingrown hairs, mix a little Priva Shave (Ingrown Hair Prevention Treatment) or similar product with your shaving cream. Leave for two to three minutes. With one hand, gently pull the skin so that it’s taut. With the other hand shave upwards using long strokes against the direction of hair growth. To avoid ingrown hairs, don’t shave to close, apply too much pressure or shave the same area over and over again.

Make sure the area you shave is covered in foam or gel or you could get razor burns, which can be very painful. Run the razor under the tap regularly or it will clog. When you have finished your pubic shaving, dry the area gently using a soft towel. Apply Aloe Vera or baby oil to soothe the skin and help prevent itching.
rub some ointment on it and stop shaving with dirty razors
Say it with me.wax.
Rub some hair conditioner on the area and avoid shaving for a few days. Its razor burn. Next time use shaving cream or one of the razors that have the moisture stick around them so you dont have to use cream. As you shave more and more in that area, the rash will stop and it will become much easier.
that's no fun...honestly I think that carmex makes everything better...it's for your lips and coldsores but I put it on any type of skin irritation and it helps.
there are creams that you can buy over the counter at drug stores or stores like WalMart... near the shaving creams.
Why shave all the way.trim your hairs as short as possible if you continue to have this problem. My doctor told me not to shave under my arms for as long as i could because i was having this hurting problem when i shaved under my arms.
It is really pretty simple: Either scratch it or ignore the itching until it grows back out. :-)
ouch... wear lose cotton and rub maybe baby powder on it.(its used for diaper rash.. kind of similar). and I would avoid shaving it... (try waxing next time)... or use brand new razors... I seriosuly go three razors everytime I shave down there cause I dont want it to dull in the least... take a pain pill for the pain... and just wait, time is your friend...
Take some chamomile tea, and soak a wash cloth in it. Lay the cloth on your pubic area. It will bring down pain and itchiness.
Summers Eve lotion is just for that lol! You could find it at a pharmacy or Walmart
after shaving, i use olive oil mist by body spray it works. No stubble or rash. however, in your case maybe you're too sensitive? Anyway use a rash ointment
Always use a new blade on the razor.I have seen many infected hairs that needed to be lanced by the doctor to drain the infection..along with antibiotics (I'm a nurse). Not a great idea, we have hair down there for a reason!
