What food for me to avoid if I'm diagnose with breast yeast allergy?


Question:
This allergy become so itchy in my breast everytime this occurs, the doctor give me a fluconazole to take or apply in case it occurs every now and then. The yeast was found out when they peel alittle skin on my breast that was affected and found this yeast causing my breast skin itchy.

Answers:
Avoid sodas. And think twice about beer, or bread: Most of those are made using yeast.
