Am i worried for nothing??

Question:
this might sound like an odd question.I have read a couple of articles in magazines where people spotted in a photo that someone had red eye but one of them (eyes) was bright yellow and it turned out to be a disease of the eye or brain.didn't really think anything until today when i was putting photos on my computer and correcting red eye.my young nephew has it in more than five photos, taken in different locations, different times and light and all these have the normal red eye in the right eye and the left eye is bright yellow.is this anything to worry about or check out?he lives in a different country to me so i dont want to be worrying his parents for no reason.what would you do or what do you think?

Answers:
I've read about this too and in fact there was an article in the paper not too long ago about a little girl who was saved by someone noticing this. It may well be nothing, but in your shoes, i would try and find a way to inform his parents without worrying them too much. If i were the parent, i would want to know.
omg.. never heard of this before but it sounds really worrying .. why dont you go and ask a more proffessional body hun ..xx
Yes, I think you are right to be concerned. I too have read articles about that. It may be a good idea to mention it, and he can be checked out. If nothing is wrong , no harm done, but it could save his life.
I would tell them just in case it is something to worry about. Better to have it checked even if it's nothing, than to risk him having a disease. Contact them as soon possible.
