watch tv.
Talk to your mom or dad first- they can help, and consider an herbal supplement to your diet, like Valerian Root. Additionally, it would probably help you to be more active during the day, so that your body will sleep- sounds like your mind is wiped out, but your body is not.
for a couple days wake up at 6 o'clock.
no soda after 2:30 (or anything with caffiene like chocolate)
if not u could have sleep onsomnia. i've had that since i was 11 and i still have it. i sometimes didn't sleep for 2 days in a row. Someone finally took me to the doc and they said i had severe sleep onsomnia, it's not biggie because u can get prescribed a sleeping med that u take to go to sleep and regulate your sleep patterns. They usually work pretty good.
Stay awake for 24 hours then from about 6pm to 10pm the next evening do a whole crapload of exercises. really wear yourself out. then at 10:pm take a nice warm shower and go to sleep.

Pleasant dreams

PS When you are older down 4 panadol PMs with about half a fifth of wild turkey.
Maybe you aren't getting enough exercise during the day.

If your mom approves, you can go to Walmart (or wherever) and pick up some over-the-counter sleep aid. It doesn't make you feel groggy at all when you wake up. It works great.

Good luck.
So sorry to hear about your problem. I'd suggest a few things:
1. Don't do any vigorous activity close to bedtime. Try relaxing, by reading a book, listening to music, watching a movie.
2. Make sure your bedroom is sufficiently cool. You can try holding your pillow infront of a refrigerator for a few minutes. The cool pillow under your head can be very relaxing.
3. Avoid sugary foods, coffee, tea or a heavy meal late at night. Try drinking a glass of warm milk.
4. Try exercising during the day. Even a brisk walk.

You should try and discuss this with a doctor. Good luck
Just dont go to sleep one night and you'll be so tired the next night and make sure you don't go to sleep til 11 the next night. I have sleeping problems too. But I use pills now.
The memory foam in the memory foam mattress is made from polyurethane with additional chemicals that add to its viscosity level, thereby increasing the density of the memory foam mattress. It is often referred to as visco-elastic polyurethane foam or memory polyurethane foam mattress. Depending on the chemicals used and its overall density, the memory foam mattress is firmer in cooler temperatures and softer in warmer environments. Higher density memory foam mattress reacts to body heat which allows it to mold itself to the shape of a warm body within seconds or probably minutes. Lower density memory foam mattress is pressure-sensitive and will mould very quickly to the shape of the body. An example often used to demonstrate its properties is that a hand pressed into the memory foam mattress and then removed will leave a clear impression in the memory foam mattress.
