How can I grow taller? what food can I eat?

well i'm 13 going to be 14 on sep 1 and 5f 4. i would like to be 5f 7. any advice ?

I highly doubt food is going to determine your height. More like genetics will play a bigger part in your growth spurt!
well it isn't just what you eat, but your hormon growth also..

usually a genetic thing.

i would say eating vegetables would help a bit.

if you really want to grow try one of those medicine thingys. (usually their in syrup form)
This will be determined by genetics and you won't be done growing until you are 17 or 18 ... be sure to have enough calcium, protein, and proper nutrition ... while they may not "make" you taller, the lack of this nutrition can "stunt" your growth ...
Unfortunately nothing you eat is gonna make you grow taller, when you get to 17/18 that'll be the time when you are closer to your 'final' height- the whole puberty thing will be pretty much over and growing kinda slows after that!
Sadly, height is determined by genetics. There is no miracle diet that will help you grow. The best thing that you can do is to eat a well-balanced, nutritious diet and be healthy. Talk to your parents about how you are feeling. Also, just be happy with you! 5'4" is a good height. There are always pros and cons to any physical characteristics, so find the things you like most about yourself and celebrate them!
I'm nearly 18 and I'm only 5 foot. I don;t think any food can boost your height, but if any food can I'd guess protein.

As far as I am aware, there is no guarantee that anything you eat will make you taller. Eating more can make you wider though, if you eat the wrong things and don't exercise. Your final height has a lot to do with genetics - how tall your parents and other family members are although it is also related to how healthy and balanced a diet you eat. If you are malnourished you probably won't reach the maximum height you could if you ate well.

No; you can't grow taller than you are meant to be. On the other hand you will look taller if you wear horizontal stripes.

Your height is genetically determined at the moment of your conception, your maximum potential is thus fixed at this moment.
