Getting my sleep schedule back on track- what time should I go to bed?

Question:
I've been in the bad habit of sleeping in to the late afternoon for a while and I decided to pull an all nighter followed by an all dayer to get it fixed. I stayed up all night last night and now at 3 pm I am very tired (last time I woke up was noon of yesterday). What time should I got to bed to ensure that I wake up at the proper time in the morning?

Answers:
everyone is different on what their bodies need for their sleeping habits. Some people may need as much as 9-10 hours sleep others may only need about 6-7 hours. In real life i know people dont get as much as they need or would like to get. i would honestly probably say you'd need a good 7-8 hours of sleep in a night to be refreshed and ready to go in the morning.
9 or ten maybe normally when i do this i keep waking up in the night
Depends on what time you want to get up and also how much you generally get. Go to bed around 9 or 10 and you'll be up around 7:30-8am.
