What do you do to get over a "bad day"??

Question:
is there anything specific that you do to make yourself feel better after having a bad day?
or is there anything you do DURING your bad day that makes your feel better?

tell me about it!

Answers:
I do something really nice for myself. Last week after a particularly bad day I drove up to a beautiful beach near my home. Turned off my cell and sat on the patio of a little coffee house watching the ocean for about 2 hours and reminding myself that it will all be worth it someday when I finally own a piece of this beach to enjoy everyday. A massage is a nice self treat as well. A great way to decompress.
When I have a bad day it takes alot of energy to make it better so I usually get away from the situation or people that are making my day bad and try as hard as I can to think of something else. What makes me feel better is music and being here on YouQA.com , those two things put together makes everything better.
I just try to think of the good things in my life and try to not think about what is making my day bad. Of course it depends on what is making your day bad. If it is your fault thats different. Simply make what ever amends you have to to get it behind you
I have a cup of coffee.
