Ecstasy can and will test positive for meth, if not theoretically, practically speaking because there's a lot of e out there laced with meth.
I'm not sure about pure ecstasy, although that's not always easy to come by.

What they say about Ecstacy turning people into E-Tards is completely true. Out of all the drugs I've known, Ecstasy and Meth were the worst. You're never quite the same and quite put-together again after a bout of either of them.

It does have a positive effect, in terms of the high. But the combo of the two are really hard on your system, best not to try it. If you must, please make sure to drink plenty of fluids, carry a water bottle with you at all times.
