Question:
I just woke up today with the left side of my mouth/face extremely sore. The pain starts right where my top molars begins and extends up to my left eye. It hurts inside and out. I can even describe how it feels because it's a feeling i never experienced before. Don't get me wrong, its not unbearable but it certainly is uncomforatable especially when it starts throbbing. Could this possible be my wisdom teeth coming in? (I am 22)

It sounds like an abcess. What's weird about these is the actual infection could be one tooth but three teeth away is the one hurting.
Here's a temporary cure that MAY help until you can see a dentist.
Brush your teeth vigoriously with peroxide, getting around the gum area. If your teeth begin bleeding that's a good sign. Bleeding will draw out impurities. After brushing, floss really well.
There are pressure points inside the mouth along the jaw line and you may be able to find one that will help alleviate the pain but you MUST go to the doctor as soon as possible.
I hate to disagree with the previous answer but it doesn't sound like a wisdom tooth. It sounds like a severe infection.

I'll put my money on an abscessed tooth. Feel you gum in back, you should be able to feel if a tooth is coming in.
