YIKES...I know just what you're going through. I had them when i was your age too, and they're no fun at all. Here are a few things you might want to try.
1. Learn to relax. I know that seems silly, but the fact is, hemorrhoids can come on due to stress. But there are other factors that can cause them too.
2. Keep yourself clean. If you can find some Preperation H wipes, they'll do a world of good for keeping clean. This helps aleviate some of the pain.
3. There are several good ointments you can get OTC (over the counter) that can help with the pain, and eventually shrink them devils down to size. You have to keep using the ointment for it to do any good. The best ointments have shark liver oil in them. I won't mention any brands, but my favorite ends with an H.a capital H
Will they come back? They're worse than a crazy relative you'd like to just hide in the basement. They will come back, but you can fend them off with a diet rich in fiber. Lots of oatmeal, fresh vegetables, you know, the nuts and berries nature granola kind of thing. Drink water. yes, it's true, being hydrated will help in making your bowel movements a lot less stressfull.
Believe me, I know just what you're going through. They're no fun at all. At one point, I felt like had a hemorrhoid the size of a Buick. I couldn't sit, stand, or anything else. All the things I mentioned above worked well for me. I hope they do you a world of good too.
Remember the commercials back in tha day? Take Preperahation H! is cream that i believe will soothe you and help with some of the symptoms. Buy it at any grocery/drug store.
You can try some preparation H cream that you can buy in your department store- also try soaking your bottom in warm water several times a day. You need to get plenty of fiber in your diet- fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water- this will keep your bowels moving without you straining and causing irritation or more hemorrhoids. If it does not go away, see your doctor.
There are creams available for that which is a temporary fix. This may sound icky, but to prevent pain, add'l swelling, bleeding, etc.. : after that area is clean, take your finger & push it back inside where it belongs.
At your age, it would be advisable to have surgery on it.
Explanation of it: It is a stretched out piece that doesn't have room so it drops outside of you. Pants, sitting, wiping, etc.. or any irritation of it will eventually create bleeding & pain.
