I always seem to be sneezing or getting the cold constantly, any idea why?

Question:
Okay, I seem to notice that I always have runny/blocked noses. (It's not always mucus-y) And sneeze alot. Basically I keep getting a cold very constantly! It seems like I can't get past a week without having a bad cold (The works). But it'll get better after awhile, sometimes it's just a few minutes thing, sometimes hours, sometimes days.

It's really irritating and I'm just wondering if it's just an allergy? But I can't really understand what! Appreciate any help or advice given! Thanks!

Answers:
I am quiet sure that its caused by allergies. I had sinus problems and allergies to citrus and ..., I took a homeopathy medicine.

the cost of the above medicine varies in different places, it was very effective for me. Consult you doctor about this.

I heard homeopathy is the best for curing allergies. Check it out, and all the best.
Try drinking more water.
Sounds exactly like an allergy. Take claritan and see if it gets better. If not go to a Dr., they can check what your allergic to.
Thats not a cold your descirbing... thats allergys.
Try taking an over the counter allergy meds... and if doesnt help you need to go to see your Dr and tell him/her of ALL the symptoms... they may perscribe something that will eliminate most of the issues..Good Luck
