I only grew 2 more inches after turning 16. Although at 18 years old and 6'4", I was pretty skinny for my height at 170 lbs. I doubt your diet could stunt your growth. Whatcha worried about anyway? Being a tall guy can have its plusses, like being able to see over the crowd in a concert. But being average height means you can fit into most cars, clothes, etc. much more comfortably. Plus, you won't hit your head on everything!
I wouldn't worry. Believe it or not you're not done with puberty until between the the ages of 22 and 24, so you still have lots of time to grow and change. And if you don't get any bigger, accept and love yourself just as you are. Life is easier that way. ;)
Honey, your body will go through a lot of changes in the next few years, you will look completely different. You will do more growing, changing...for the better.
Keep eating healthy, you dont want to put those pounds back on.
i think the average hieghth for a boy is 5 ft 10 inches and some of thats may be true
boys usually stop all their growing by 21. and i don't think that diet stunted your growth at all. as long as u ate plenty of fruits,vegetables,grains,dairy... its good. and ur DNA determines how tall u will be so if ur parents are tall,u will be tall.
Hopefully you will grow taller. Some males actually grow up to the age of 18 and even after that, sometimes up to the age of 21 but this is very uncommon and very rare and in some extremely rare and isolated cases growth continues until the age of 25 but such cases are almost unheard of.
Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but please beware of scams.
