quality care enhancement is basically making the care you receive of more quality so that you get better results faster and live life better. they are enhancing the care you are currently receiving. to your life, it makes great changes, in the nursing home setting, it's playing bingo and doing crafts-getting you out and socializing with the other residents to keep you busy and so you aren't depressed, allowing service animals in for the residents to "play" with or pat the dogs for physical therapy-a non threatening therapeutic touch, sitting the residents outside to enjoy the air instead of being in and in their rooms all the time-it's much more enjoyable for older adults to be outside than just watching tv, that's about all i can really think of without knowing your specific situation. it's to enhance life and give better quality of life.
