Best way to remove scar tissue in my nose?

Question:

i have a lot of scar tissue inside my nose. its enough that i cant breathe through my nose for an extended period of time. i just cant get enough air through my nasal passage. it also makes me snore really loudly (i never snored before i had the scar tissue).

i would like to have a surgery done to remove the scar tissue. what is the best possible route for me to take? any advise on the process? any advice on the recovery?

also, would if i wanted to have my nose reshaped, is that something i can have done in the same surgery, or would that be a second surgery? thanks!

Apply the oitnment Mederma muplitple times a day and you should see some great results. I would also try to intake as much vitamin e as possible ie.pill form, oitnment (apply to area), etc
