Why can't I sleep?

Question:

Answers:
Because you're stressed out.
maybe you should go to bed and close your eyes,
sexual tension...i can think of a few dozen ways to relieve that, alone or with company up to and including a small crowd...use your imagination...sweet dreams
It probably has to do with what you do when you are awake. Do you get any exercise? You should exercise but don't do it right before you are ready to go to sleep. Also, do you drink caffeinated beverages? I heard the other day that caffeine stays in your system for around 6 hours. So, don't drink caffeine in the evenings. Other things you can try are taking a hot bath, using lavendar scented soap or lotion (it's supposed to be relaxing), and drinking warm milk before bed. Warm milk has triptophan, the same thing that's in turkey that makes people sleepy. Apparently the milk has to be warm to release it though.
