Answers:
Don't worry it'll soon return to normal when you're back on solids !
Well...It isn't healthy if you don't go poo poo everyday!
going to the bathroom is what removes unneeded waste products from your body. solid waste comes from solid food- mostly fiber and things of that nature. once you are a little more recovered and eating solid food you will move your bowels, and you may be a little constipated...if you are, drink more water, eat some salad or fresh veggies with your food for the first few meals and try a big glass of strong(dark) brewed iced tea . it will do the trick...
Sometimes after surgery especially when you have been put under an anesthesia, you will be constipated for few days following your release from the hospital. The constipation is mostly due to the narcotic pain relievers and this is considered normal. If you are not back to your regular routine within 4 days of the surgery, you should call your doctor for advice.
