why does that happen it started like 2 days ago. this morning i was eating a bagel with cream cheese on it and i could barely get through half of it before i wanted to throw up and the same happens when i drink something other than water! how can i help me not be nauseous?

Answers:
Well since you're not pregnant, are you nervous about anything? This has been happening to me too! Its been going on for about 2 weeks but its definitely improved! And i'm NOT pregnant either. As for me, i know its because i've been pretty stressed out with school and i've been nervous about a lot of things going on. Sooo i know it's because of that. Maybe theres something going on thats making your stomach weak? I would say to drink a lot of water and try to eat fruits or whatever wont make you want to throw up, otherwise you'll just starve yourself! And dont worry, it shouldnt be anything too bad, it'll go away with time! good luck!
Pregnant?
It might be what your eating. look at your diet and food choices. Check when to see when the nauseas happening, who knows. You might be lactose!!
sounds like you might be pregnant. check the date of your last menstral cycle or take an at home test. good luck
If the the cream cheese has milk in it, you might be lactose intollerent (or intollerant or something.)
I am.
Theres this thing like a vitamin called Lact-aid. It helps, like when you drink a glass of milk, it helps it stay down.

Maybe you're drinking it too fast. Tell someone like a dr. or something.
try taking a tums before or after eating, if it works it might mean that you have acid reflux... anyway tums always calms my stomach, no matter what the cause is... hope this helps!
