I woke up this morning feeling itchy on my arms and I kept scratching?

til I broke out, so I took two benadryl tablets for allergies. I took them on an empty stomach and now I am trying to eat my breakfast and I am feeling queasy, could it be from taking the tablets on an empty stomach? thanks
