Do you know any memory boosts to helps things from slipping your mind?

Answers:
I don't know I can't remember.
Don't worry, you're not going senile. I'm sixteen and I have a horrible memory. Here's a few tips that have helped me:
1. Take the writing notes idea to the next level. Say to yourself: What am I guaranteed to do every day? As for me, I drink coffee every day, so I always tape notes onto the coffee maker. Other good places are the door, your car keys, the mirror, or your pillow.
2. If you need to remember something during your work day or some other time you're not at home, write it on your hand in permanent marker. No worries, if you scrub, it will come off. Normal hand-washings won't remove it enough to make it disappear, however, and then you remember it all day!
3. If a friend or someone you know has a good memory, have them be your personal day-planner! Ask them to remind you of things you would have forgotten on your own. Only do this for really important things though, because if you do this all the time, they'll probably get annoyed.
Good luck, hope it helps!
