If it's what you need to feel well-rested and energetic, I'd say no. 12 hours is probably more than is completely necessary, but if it's not causing any obvious harm then you might as well enjoy the sleepy-time.

I think so. It makes you more tired then if you had less sleep. Not to mention you can't get anything done if your sleeping all day.

yes it messes with yoru sleep shedual and can caouse long term insomnia
