Do i have a migraine or something?

i get headaches allll the time cuz my vision is really really bad and i don't really wear my glasses or contacts but this ones a lot different
also i never take medication or anything so it couldn't be anything from that

Yep it does sound like a migraine. Have someone get you some Excedrine Migraine medicine. (or if someone has regular excedrine they are the same) Though if you are really nauseous you may want to throw up before taking the medicine so you don't throw the medicine up. Once i get to the nauseous stage I have to throw up before i feel better.. The pills should take about 30 min to work.
Yes - sounds like a migraine to me. I get them all the time. I'm feeling for you. If you can't get to the doctor for some meds (I take Fioricet) then you need to get home and in the darkest of dark rooms..sleep.
Ok, since you can't get to the doctor...get in a nice warm bath as soon as you can. Put some oils or something relaxing in it. Do NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL. Get to bed. Put a cold wash cloth on your neck and forehead and try to get some sleep.

call your doctor or a nurse. it sounds like it may be a migraine, but you should rule out all other problems, some of which can be quite serious. plus, they can prescribe something for the pain and nausea.
Yes, I was diagnosed with chronic migraines and I take topomax for it and pain killers. my advise to you if you cant get to a doctor to get any medication is go home lay in a dark room with no sounds and just close your eyes and you almost have to just zone off. I know sounds crazy but I've been there and dealt with them for a good 2 years before I went to the doctor. hope ya feel better
consult yur doc.take the meds prescribed. wear glasses regularly;check the power;u may need more powerful lenses becos u never wore yur glasses. dont neglect yurself &yur body
