Question:
I have been stressed and sad lately. Now I am very tired, physically and mentally. I also have a loss of appetite and have been having a very upset stomach. Almost to the point of throwing up. I have chronic back and headaches. I dont know what it is and if I should see a doctor. Any suggestions?

Answers:
You, my dear, are chronically depressed w/ anxiety. As a fellow sufferer, I can tell you that it's SO common now, especially with women. But the good news is that there are great medications that work, and no one even has to know you're on them!! Yes, you should see a doctor ASAP. You must tell her/him EVERYTHING that's been happening to you. That will help him figure out which med is best for you. If anything, you might lose 5% of your weight. Please get to a doctor! It'll be the best thing you've ever done for yourself. You won't be in that big black hole anymore. You won't just be going through the motions. You will laugh real laughs, and everything will be sunny and bright again. You'll see. Don't procrastinate on this one, OK? Good luck, sweetie! :)

there are many things that can cause your symptoms, first one comes to mind for me is clinical depression, easily treated, but left untreated can cause many symptoms. you should probably consult a doctor to rule out anything physical.
Stress weakens the immune system. Sickness weakens the body's resilience against stress.

It's a vicious cycle, and you are right in the middle. Good luck getting out of this one, it's a beast.

I recommend (not necessarily in this order): doctor visits, medications, neurofeedback, massage therapy, and personal fitness training. That's what it has taken for me to see the light at the end of the dark tunnel called my life. But there is no end to my life. I only see the end of the darkness.
The symptoms you describe of feeling stressed, sad, tired, weary and loss of appetite are classic symptoms of depression. Even the anxiety part.untreated anxiety leads to depression.
By all means, see your doctor. He/she will need to rule out all other physical illnesses that could possibly cause your symptoms. There are many medical treatments for anxiety and depression. No reason to feel as though you are living under a black cloud.
Your doctor can prescribe medication and/or counseling if necessary.

Good luck and I hope you are feeling better soon.
make some changes in your life, do stuff that makes you happy.

The body is very peculiar.
Depression can produce physical
ailments; and physical ailment can trigger depression.
You definitely need to go to a physician and/or a psychiatrist.
