so my scalp is very dry and water usually dries up after a shower in like 20 minutes where as other ppl their hair retains water for the whole day. my scalp is itchy and dry but there are no flakes hower. i shake my hair with my hand and no flakes fall out but whenever i scratch my scalp i feel stuff goin into my nails what is this and what shampoo should i use?

You seem to have dry eczema or a dermatitis. Why not see a doctor or a good homeopath?
What kind of stuff do you get in your nails? Do you have lice? Try coal tar shampoo, neutrogena makes some, and there is one called Polytar. If you have lice, then you need to get some lice shampoo.
