i feel achy like my chest and my boobs. my stomach is achy, my back and my neck. i have no other symptoms and it just came on yesterday? could i have the flu? and if so will it be gone in a week?

If it is the flu & you get diagnosed quick enough, there is a med you can get to shorten & lessen the symptoms. Go to the doctor. Good luck & feel better soon : )
It sounds like the flu, but it could be something a lot more serious and contagious (like meningitis). I would contact your dr. asap!
You have some flu. It will go away. Try vit c.
