How do I get taller?

Right now I am 14 yrs old and I am 5' 6''. And my friends are like 5' 9'' and 5'10''. How can i grow and get taller.

your height isnt really something you can change, if your parents were tall, then you'll be tall. You should be growing around age 14, unless your already as tall as your parents :P
You have another 5 or 6 years of growing time left. It helps if you don't smoke. Eat right, exercise, and get enough rest. Go easy on sweets, junk food, and sodas. Drink plenty of water.
your heigt is already predetermined and embedded in ur DNA sorry bud im the same thing im 5.9 and 18 pretty short compared ot my friends but u will adjust dont worry bout it
Have taller parents. 5'6'' sounds perfect height for a 14 year old. You are not threw growing yet anyway. watch out you might grow 10ft tall.
Your'e fine! Your'e body mostly decides how tall ur gonna be! But I suppose eating nutritious foods would help!
Aww, come on now! That isn't fair.. I'm 5'1"! 5'6" is a great height for fourteen years old. Make sure you take vitamins, calcium, and eat well in order to keep yourself (and your bones!) healthy. You'll grow as you get older! (That's what people keep telling me, anyway!)
