Legs aching for 3 days. Have done nothing out of the ordinary, very healthy.?

Question:
Why are my legs aching so bad and what can I do?

Answers:
Are you on "the pill"? if so this can be a clear sign that you may have a blood clot and you should get to an emergency room asap.

If not, have you been sleeping well lately? are you tired? its can be an indication that you're sleep deprived.

Are you possibly going through a growth spurt? don't forget that some people go through growth spurts into their 20's.

Good Luck

Aching legs: even if you're very healthy, they could hurt for a ton of different reasons: the way you slept, if you excercised too hard without stretching out afterwards, it can be growing pains depending on how old you are. Take a OTC pain/inflammatory reducer? maybe try just a warm bath. If they continue to hurt more than a week, maybe you should see a doctor, i wouldn't worry about it just yet though
