Arnica for Arthritis?


Question:
Cuious abour R. Arthritis and if anyone has tried an Arnica Balm/Salve for it. Or any other herbal / natural remedy for R. Arthritis. Would love to know if it helped ... thank you :)

I use Arnica for my arthritis and it works fine for me. It's best to use the infusions/liquid as the balm gets used up quicker. Try Glucosamine too
