How long does it take drugs to come out of the blood stream?

Weed can take anywhere from 1 to 2 months depending on the amount you use and the amount of body fat. The other drugs will be out of your system in 3 to 7 days. Nothing you take will get rid of the drugs in your system except time. Their are things you can take to cover them up. Go to your local head shop and ask them. I have heard it takes a month to a few months to get out of your system. Drinking a lot of water usually helps, and tea really helps clean all the toxins in your body.
I don't know about some of these street drugs, but I know that cannabis stays in the blood stream and can be detected for four weeks since last used. No there is no way to help get these drugs out the system any quicker!
Weed stores in you fat cells, it can take 72 hours, sometimes longer depending on how much you honk on the pipe or how many bowls you snap a day. Other drugs that you described can be out of your system in 72 hours, but are still detectable in your hair follicles for 7 to 20 years. Are you using some of this crap, because if you are? You a complete loser. If your not, why do you care?
Canabis can stay in your system for up to six months. I know they can do a hair sample which can leave traces even up to a year later but this is only for regular uses. As far as the other drugs with a good amount of water and a week or two of non-use you should be fine. Speed usually only last a week but for X it could be a little longer.
