Round ball-like glands under chin / throat area?


Question:
I have two marble size what feels like balls right behind both sides of my chin bone under my jaw. Does anyone know the name of these glands. I can feel them if i just under my skin. It usually hurts or becomes sore usually when I have a sore throat.
