What condition do I own?

For six days now I've have moderate abdominal pains, absolutely no appetite whatsoever, and occasionally these pains intensify within certain areas. I am considering appendicitis, but it have been a while beside these cramps. My doctor suggested IBS or urinary infection, but they were checked out and nil was discovered.
