How do you get rid of the sugar that you have eaten do you have to excersise?

Question:

Answers:
The sugar you have eaten is not poison.

Sugar is made of 2 moleucles - glucose and fructose. The sugar molecule will be broken into these 2 molecules at the intestinal tract site, then absorbed into the GI tract.

The glucose will become blood glucose to help feed the body. The fructose will go to the liver to be changed to glucose, which then joins the other glucose molecules, known as blood sugar. The blood glucose (sugar) is the fuel of the body. All cells need glucose to live and survive.

The problem with lots of sugar, is that it is calorie dense and nutrient less. Suggest you use it more like a condiment.

Good Luck
