Answers:
You could have asthma, see your doctor.
too much time in hot water.
The water may be to hot, or you may not be breathing enough while you are in the bath. Make sure when you are in there, that you take slow, long, deep breaths very often. The sudden change in temperature may cause it, too. When you get out, sit in the bathroom for a few minutes with the door shut. Then slowly walk out, and make sure you A/C and fans are off, so that your body has some time to adjust.
You're body is trying desperately to cool itself. This always happens to me also. I have just learned to a get out of the bath sooner, and if not, use cooler water.
Good luck.
You may have postural hypotension. This means that your body is having trouble keeping your blood pressure where it should be. Does this ever happen when you get up from a sitting position or from a laying down position? If so, I would suspect this is the problem. Check with your doctor and he will likely perform a orthostatic blood pressure check. This checking your BP laying down and right after you sit up. Just get up slowly in the mean time. Good luck.
You are getting your body and blood temperature to hot. I use to be the same way. I loved hot baths and showers both.
I learnt my lesson though. I was home alone and got out of my hot shower and passed out. Hit my head on the toilet going down and don't have a clue how long I was out of it. It's not very safe.
My best guess is, and it is only a guess of coarse, that you have hypertension, and perhaps pulmonary hypertension. The change in temperature affects the dilation of capillaries and to a lesser extent, veins and arteries. As your body heats, your blood pressure drops and you really can't tell as you lie in the tub. When you get out and stand you feel the affects of Hypo tension it makes you extremely winded.

You also feel dizzy when you get out of the tub.

Start taking brief showers and see your physician asap. This is very treatable and you should fully enjoy your baths again.

here have a rubber ducky :)
