Be sure to eat a nutritious, well-balanced diet, especially foods that are high in iron. Do NOT skip breakfast!! Exercise on a regular basis and make sure you get a good night's sleep. Take vitamin supplements. If tiredness continues, see your physician so he can do a medical workup.
Take a multivitamin every day.
