Ive had purple circles under my eyes for my whole life plz help me get rid of them i feel like killing myself?

1. try to sleep earlier, 8 hours a day and ingest vitamin c
2. go to see a doctor(may not cheap)
3. use ice compression around the circles
4. put 2 pieces of green apple around circles

I think they have creams you can use, in the ladies cosmetic section. Put them on at night and maybe in the morning it will look better.
