I have muscle spasms in the stomach area. What is it?

Question: I dont know exactly what it is but for the past couple years i've just had like this spasm or twitch in my stomach or around my ribs.

It could be your bowel or your diaphragm, not necessarily your stomach. Muscles and nerves are working even if your are unaware. It is likely normal for you.
