Fell on my knee and it's all bruised. I put a compress on it and it slightly helped. Still hurts...what else should I do?

See a Doctor----no one, not even a doctor, can tell you what you need to do without viewing/touching/x-raying the injury. You can cause more damage by not finding out if it's serious.
