The adverse reactions of torsemide (Demadex), which is a loop diuretic, are as follows:

Common adverse reactions: Excessive thirst and electrolyte imbalances including hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia.

Less common adverse reactions: There are many so I'll name only a few - Dizziness, headache, insomnia, sore throat, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, hyperchloremic alkalosis, myalgia, cough and rash.

Life-threatening adverse reactions: Hemorrhage
