When travelling long distances by car with no stops, how can i overcome butt cramps?


Question:
i tried pillows.
i tried paracetamol.
i tried moving my legs.
all to fail. any ideas?

please. i have to go 2 france next week on a 15 hr car journey. will my butt survive?
