i swear most of these people have just recommended yoga lol
although this is very small, it may be a great step.
5 mins twice a day, once in the morning, once in the evening breathe very deeply. this will help you wake and help you sleep. after a few days, you'll really see the effects.
gentle excersize, book reading, long baths with essential oils can all help you.

Take a yoga classes. Many offer free passes for a week so you can check them out. It helps having an instructor guide you through the poses.
Get a massage. They are great for reducing stress.
Have sex!!! Just kidding! You should probably do the yoga, it's real relaxing and at the same time you can stay in shape!

accupunction - massage - relaxing music - reading abook - going for a nature hike or bike ride. all of these things help me.
YOU CAN REDUCE STRESS BY JUST TAKING TIME FOR YOURSELF. WATCHING A MOVIE, READING A BOOK, TAKING A WALK, OR JUST SITTING BACK AND LISTENING TO SOME MUSIC CAN HELP.
