If you want plastic surgery for something, you need to think about why you are really unhappy. Sometimes people get plastic surgery and they still don't like the way they look.
The profession itself is probably okay to get into, if that's what you mean. It is tough cuz you're going to get people that don't like the end result and you have to be able to deal with that.
Hey its an occupation in need now adays. I wish I was a plastic surgeon, do you know how much money they make.lol
