I'm not sure foot size has anything to do with height. However, your family and friends are correct about you growing more. You're only 15, and men usually continue to grow into their twenties. Eat a well-balanced diet, exercise and get plenty of rest. Thsi will help your body attain it's full potential. Also, stay away from drugs, alcohol and smoking, as these will have the opposite effect.

This just means you have firm foundation! IDK if you'll grow more, if you do it'll probably only be about an inch or two.

Girls usually stop growing at around 15-18, men however, keep growing 'till around 23-25
My youngest son didn't stop getting taller until after her was 21, he's 6 foot 4 inches. and he wears a size 14 shoe. So, you will probably grow a whole lot before your done.
