Just wondering?

Question:
can congestion make it hard to breath through your throat?

Answers:
I'm assume you mean nasal congestion, and not chest congestion... The short answer is "no"; but you could have a chest cold as well, effecting your breathing through your throat. You might also want to consider that you have allergies (to certain things), which effects your breathing, or more sever you could have asthma (medical condition worse than allergies, where your throat muscles tighten causing difficulty in breathing, wheezing sound results)

If you think You have asthma you need to see a doctor; they can also determine what you are allergic too, if anything.
