Should I sue my sex change doctor for malpractice?

I thought he had got rid of my male equipment but he just stuff it all in the nearest orifice. Then he told me that it was all just hemorrhoids from the procedure.

If he did not explain the procedure and you didn't sign certain papers you might have a case. Lying to you about the hemorrhoids is not right and could add to the case.
Just hope he was not an organ grinder prior to med school.
