What is it?!?

Question:
Most antibacterial soap, air fresheners, and cleaners claim to kill 99.9% of germs. What is that .1%, and how harmful is it?

Answers:
A whole lot less harmful than all the crap in the stuff you are talking about that kills the other 99.9%. About the only thing at .01% that could be harmful is ecoli and all the antibacterial soap, air fresheners and cleaners in the world wouldn't help. So go figure.
Its impossible to kill 100% of all germs so companies don't make that claim.
I have read that you do not even have to use anti soaps Some believe that that is too clean and can lower our immune system. just wash and really scrub good and rinse well, leave the rest to nature
I would not worry about it. Short of living in a bubble there are going to be germs. We all survived before these soaps were around we will survive now. Me, personally, think they probably do us a disservice. How can you build up immunities if things like this exist.
Bacteria are necessary for us to sustain life functions. If we had no bacteria, then we would not be able to properly digest food. Wash your hands with soap and water, use common sense (if it's wet and not yours--don't touch it without gloves on), and eat a healthy balanced diet. Be healthy!
Its part of the same stuff you just washed away. It can't kill everything. Harmful? Do you remember before there was antibacterial soap? Were you sick an awful lot? NO. None of us were. We were told, by commercials, that it would make a big huge difference in your health. So, ask yourself..has it?
Another way advertising has sucked us in.
Basically, its impossible to kill all germs, bc eventually they morph and creat a super germ that cant be killed. If we could totally wipe out all germs than nooone would ever get sick. Just like when they come out with certain medicines, after a while its oppsolite (wow how spell that word) bc a new germ grows and learns to overpower that. Thats why also if u keep taking some medicined like tylonol after too often it wont help bc the germs learn to fight it.
