Why do I get carsick so easily?

Question:
I'm 16, and unlike most of my friends, I still constantly get carsick. I get sick on freeways, surface streets, and especially windy roads. Even if the car is only running for a few minutes (like a trip to the supermarket) I feel nausiated. I don't usually throw up, but I feel terrible. How can I get over this? (It happens even when I'm driving or sitting in the front seat)
