you want to get fat? uhh... eat mcdonalds 3 times a day for a month. no salads though!! only the greasy greasy food... burgers, fries, etc.
Umm..wow. You actually WANT to get fat? Lol. Sit there and eat. I don't know. I don't try to get fat. =O
The best person to start with helping you find answers to your question is an endocrinologist. It may be a metabolic problem, but only the endicrinologist can help you better. Consult your family doctor ans ask who he/she might suggest for you to see.
why to you
your matabolism is the problem its too fast
Eat More! Eat snacks between meals. Don't stop eating just because you feel full. Eat until you feel very full. Eat a big breakfast and don't let your stomach get empty. But please, don't eat MacDonald's! If you do get fat, you will be SICK and fat! (I think there is a movie called Supersize Me that will demonstrate what will happen if you live off junk food!) Eat more food, and try to eat food that is better for you. I actually gained weight on the Maker's Diet because I was sooo starving (on phase 1), I ate anything I could get my hands on that was in the list of acceptable foods. I gained weight, and I have a very very fast metabolism. LOL (That was the most weight I ever gained in my life!)
you may have a high metabolism, and probably cant gain weight,it happens
